Your account is provided by the organisation you are connected with, such as your school or employer (“your organisation”). By continuing, you agree to the following.
- Your organisation manages your data. Your organisation decides what information is kept in these services and why. Its privacy notice explains how your information is used. Ask your organisation for a copy of its privacy notice.
- Use them for your organisation’s purposes. Use the services only for activities related to your organisation.
- Keep your login private. Don’t share your password or let others use your account.
- Respect others’ information. Don’t copy, share or post information about other people outside the services.
- Usage is recorded. The services record which features are used and when, so your organisation can see how they are used and the services stay secure. Names are not included in these records.
- Misuse. Your organisation or SolventC may suspend an account that is misused.
- Questions. Contact your organisation’s administrator first, including if you want any of your information corrected or removed. Your organisation manages these records. For questions about the services themselves, contact us through our Contact page.
