This policy explains what personal information SolventC collects through its products, why we collect it, and how you can have it deleted.

About this policy

SolventC (“we”, “us”) is a business registered in India.

This policy covers our websites, our WhatsApp channels and SaveMySpot. We decide how information is used on our own websites. For SaveMySpot and our other services, we act on behalf of the business, school or employer that uses them, which is responsible for your information.

SaveMySpot: how it works and what we collect

SaveMySpot lets businesses, such as healthcare providers, salons and service centres, receive and manage appointment requests. You can book through our shared SaveMySpot WhatsApp number, where you first choose a business, or through a business’s own WhatsApp number or link.

Either way, we handle your request on behalf of the business you choose. The business is responsible for your information (the Data Fiduciary), and we act as its Data Processor. We do not use your information for our own purposes, for advertising, or to suggest other businesses, and we do not sell it.

On our shared number, we do not keep anything from your conversation until you choose a business.
